Terms of Service

Last updated: July 3, 2026

1. Agreeing to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Wultor — the WhatsApp assistant, the trainer dashboard, the student portal, booking pages, and related services. By signing in, messaging the assistant, or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Wultor.

2. What Wultor does

Wultor helps fitness trainers run their business: recording attendance and payments, managing class schedules and membership plans, taking bookings, and giving students a portal to see their own records. Trainers interact with Wultor through WhatsApp and the web dashboard; students interact through WhatsApp, booking pages, and the student portal.

3. Your account

  • You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account and WhatsApp number secure — activity from them is treated as yours.
  • Trainer accounts are provisioned through the WhatsApp onboarding flow. Student access is linked by a trainer or through a join code.
  • You must provide accurate information (such as your name and contact details) and be legally able to enter into this agreement.

4. Trainers and students

Wultor is a tool that connects trainers and their students; it is not a party to the relationship between them.

  • Trainers are responsible for the accuracy of the records they keep (attendance, payments, plans, schedules), for the classes they deliver, and for handling their students' information responsibly and lawfully.
  • Students book classes and make payments directly with their trainer. Wultor records payments that trainers report; it does not process payments, hold funds, or issue refunds. Any dispute about a class, charge, or refund is between you and your trainer.

5. Your data and content

Each trainer's studio data lives in a Google Sheet connected to that trainer's Google account — the trainer owns that data. You grant Wultor permission to read and write it only as needed to provide the service. How we collect and handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

If a trainer publishes a public schedule or shares a booking link, the information on that page is visible to anyone with the link. Trainers choose what to publish.

6. Acceptable use

When using Wultor, you agree not to:

  • Use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading.
  • Send spam or abusive messages through the WhatsApp assistant or messaging tools.
  • Access or attempt to access another trainer's or student's data.
  • Interfere with, probe, or disrupt the service, or attempt to bypass its security or usage limits.
  • Resell or white-label the service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Third-party services

Wultor depends on third-party services — Google (sign-in and Sheets), WhatsApp/Meta (messaging), and OpenAI (assistant responses). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms, and Wultor is not responsible for their availability or conduct. If a third-party service changes or becomes unavailable, parts of Wultor may stop working.

8. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Wultor reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or remove features, or suspend the service for maintenance, at any time. Trainers should not rely on Wultor as their only record of business-critical data — the underlying Google Sheet remains in the trainer's control and can be backed up independently.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wultor and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or disputes between trainers and students — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (or a nominal amount if you paid nothing).

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Ending your use of Wultor

You can stop using Wultor at any time. Trainers can revoke Wultor's access to their Google account from their Google account permissions page and keep their sheet. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of the service, and will tell you why when we do.

11. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of Wultor after a change means you accept the updated terms.
