Email support@wultor.ai and a person will reply, usually within one working day. Tell us the WhatsApp number or Google email you use with Wultor, and what you were trying to do.

Signed in already? Use Send Feedback in the iPhone app (Settings → Help), or the "We're listening" button in the dashboard, to send us a message with a screenshot attached.

• Continue with Google — the Google account you use for the Wultor dashboard.
• Sign in with WhatsApp — send the code the app shows from the WhatsApp number you use with Wultor.
• Sign in with email — we email a 6-digit code to the Google email on your Wultor account.

Download a copy of your data any time from the dashboard under Settings → Your data.

To delete your account, open the iPhone app and go to Settings → Delete Account, or email us from the address on your account. Your account and its data are deleted within 7 days, and we email you when it's done. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
